Everyone wants to enjoy life while also being able to work. A
balance of both of them is ideally the best and having great tips to
carry this out are essential. Let's start with health.
A great man once said, "There is no money in the world that a person
will not give for his health." "Isn't your spirit worth at least the
same?"
Hmmmm... I personally agree and believe that to be true.
Sometimes... However... I would rather spend as little as I can on
staying healthy, while at the same time have the opportunity to stay as
healthy as possible. Sound good? I thought so. Why spend money if I
don't have to? Then I can spend the money on other things I'd rather use
it for.
With the high cost of health care these days in most of the world,
and yet with healthcare systems falling apart at the same time it seems
like a losing battle. How come we are spending more and more, and yet
ailments and disease seem to prevail? It only seems so. Do not despair.
It does not have to be that way.
In Osteopathy one of the principles is that the body is able to tap
into its own innate ability to heal itself in order to work properly.
How do we help that along? Can we? Are we able to enable ourselves to
have an optimum inner environment that will bring about health and
healing and then maintain it?
Everyone has their own unique approach and way of doing things. Mine
is multifaceted. I believe in an economical, personal, multi
disciplinary, approach to health and well being. Specifically catered to
the individual. If it works, use it! We are made up of mind, body, and
soul and though everything pretty much manifests in our physical being
always since we ARE physical beings, we cannot ignore the fact that we
are all made up of parts and have multiple personalities within us.

of.
I can only speak for myself, but from experience, everyone wants
health, well-being, peace of mind, and longevity. Supposedly man was
originally created to live forever, right? Then he had some bad fruit
and BANG he's mortal. Everyone is in search of their own personal redemption, diet, way of life, fountain
of youth, true self, and purpose. If not, then wake up! “Being human,
having your health, that's what's important”. If I told you that you
have only one life to live, then how would you want to live it?
